She has held a range of roles across human resources, finance, program delivery, and client operations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on organizational performance and service delivery.

Kelly has supported both government and commercial clients, with experience in environments including the Department of Education, the Executive Office of the President, the Department of Labor, and the American Institutes for Research. Her background in finance enables her to closely manage budgets, identify cost-effective strategies, and support strong operational outcomes.
